The Medietitian was founded by Eleni Constantinou. Her Mediterranean origins inspired her to start ‘’MedDietitian’’, with a mission to promote this long tested and proven diet that endorses health and wellbeing.
Eleni was born in Cyprus, where she was raised with a deep connection to the sea. Exposed to the secrets of the Mediterranean lifestyle early on, Eleni experienced the aromas of fresh lemon, orange, and olive trees, which come in abundance in the region. These scents complement a diet rich in fresh fish, whole grains, legumes, and colorful vegetables, known for their anti-inflammatory properties and healing benefits.
Medietitian’s approach to health is comprehensive, encompassing the diet factor, the importance of physical activity by taking into account the psychological presentation of the client as well as other lifestyle factors to facilitate a holistic change. We aim to provide individualized support to help clients improve their physical and mental well-being. We are using several techniques to manifest change such as behavioural change techniques and motivational interviewing.
